Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Our Commitment

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our free AI image tools to do the same. We will respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content made available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

3. Designated Agent

Notices of alleged infringement should be directed to our Designated Agent by email at aidoimg@outlook.com or by visiting our contact page. Please include the words "DMCA Notice" in the subject line so your message can be handled quickly.

4. How We Respond

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material as expeditiously as possible. We will also make a reasonable attempt to notify the affected party, when their contact information is known to us.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification should include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

6. Good-Faith Notice

Please be aware that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be held liable for damages. Only submit a notice or counter-notification if you are acting in good faith and authorized to do so.

7. Contact Information
